Shanghai Suteng I.T. Co. Ltd. was appointed as the “Wireless Service Partner of the 2008 FIT World Congress” in an agreement signed with Translators Association of China (TAC) in late February.

According to the agreement, Shanghai Suteng will provide, during the FIT Congress, wireless services such as wireless Internet browsing via cellular phones (in Chinese, English and French), WAP gateway and client-end cellular phone, enabling participants to browse via their cellular phones the latest information about the Congress, such as food and lodging, local transportation, tours and travel service.

Wireless browsing of the Congress via cellular phones has been launched by Shanghai Suteng. Users may enter the WAP address http://wap.fit2008.org in their wireless mobile devices, such as cellular phones and PDAs, and obtain the information they wish to have.
